Brad Stillmank mixed his first batch of beer at his new Henry Street brewery one year ago.
His company, Stillmank Brewing, had contracted with Milwaukee Brewing Co. to make its beer until Aug. 10, 2014. Under the contract, the company made about 300 barrels each year. In the last 12 months, the Green Bay brewery produced 1,000.
