Innovation: Innovative bath faucets and fixtures
Technology impacts nearly every aspect of life, and Milwaukee-based Graff sees no reason why it shouldn’t extend to kitchen and bath faucets and fixtures as well.
“Graff was founded on the idea of innovation in design and technical expertise,” said Al DeGenova, vice president of global sales and marketing. “We are positioned in a very competitive market; the kitchen and bath industry is filled with faucets and showers. Our success has been based on innovation and pristine manufacturing.
In the last few years, Graff has released several innovative products to the market that successfully integrate technology in ways people could only imagine previously.
According to Alex Sheehan, spokesperson for Graff the company is leading the way in terms of innovation in the kitchen and bath industry.
“Graff’s Ametis faucet is one example of technology integration,” Sheehan said. “It is equipped with a LED ring that changes colors from red to blue depending on the temperature of the water.”
Graff also released the Ametis showerhead that also incorporates the LED lighting feature along with an innovative powder coating process that allows for colored chrome finishes.
“Another innovative approach to the shower head fixture is Graff’s Aqua-Sense shower system,” Sheehan said. “It is also complete with LED chromo-therapy lights which can change color to suit the user’s particular mood and also comes with touch-screen controls, ceiling speakers and a USB port for music or videos. The technology revolutionizes the shower experience.”
The consumer market has responded extremely positively to the products, which have been released in just the last year or two, Sheehan said. He expects the trend to continue.
“Due to the competitive nature of our market, “me-too” products are easily and quickly recognized, especially those from low-priced imports,” DeGenova said. “Our customers know quality and innovation and demand it for their homes.”
Quality and innovation has been the differentiating factor for Graff from the beginning, DeGenova said, and more innovative products are in the works at the company – particularly in the area of electronics – and more surprises are in store as the company expands its offerings into new areas.
