Milwaukee-based marketing agency GMR Marketing plans to merge with San Francisco-based SportsMark Management Group.
GMR completes marketing for the sports, entertainment and lifestyle industries. SportsMark provides sports marketing, event management and corporate hospitality.
The merger will combine the companies’ business-to-business and business-to-consumer expertise. GMR has strategic digital and consumer engagement capabilities, while SportsMark brings global event operation and hospitality experience.
Together, the companies will have more than 20 offices worldwide.
