The 385,000-square-foot facility at 12400 Fox River Road in the town of Randall has been vacant for almost two years. American Girl announced in 2018 it would shut down the call center and distribution center with warehouse work being absorbed by facilities in Middleton and DeForest. Geneva Supply, a third-party logistics provider specializing in e-commerce and one of the fastest growing companies in the state, plans to employ more than 100 people at the facility. The company plans to have it operational in the first quarter of 2021. “We could not be more excited to revive this fulfillment warehouse and join the Kenosha County community, said Mark Becker, co-founder and chief operating officer of Geneva Supply. In addition to its Delevan operations, Geneva Supply also has facilities in South Carolina and Arizona. The company was recognized as the fastest growing in the region as part of the MMAC’s Future 50 program in 2019. Becker and co-founder Jeff Peterson were also recognized as the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Wisconsin Small Businesspersons of the Year. Geneva Supply was also listed on Entrepreneur magazine’s 2019 Entrepreneur 360 list. The Kenosha Area Business Alliance is supporting the project with a $1.5 million loan and the Kenosha County High Impact fund is providing another $400,000. “We are thrilled to have been selected by Geneva Supply as the site of its expansion,” said Bob Stoll, chairman of the Randall Town Board. “This project is a great opportunity to breathe life back into a highly visible site - one that is close to one of the county's premier tourist destinations, Wilmot Mountain. We look forward to working with the company and wish them much continued success.”
