Located in the Town of Linn, the property features a 12,280-square-foot home with six bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and three half bathrooms. Additional buildings on the property include a cabana/gazebo, guest house, garden shed, and boat house.
The home also has an in-ground pool, boat slip and about 300 feet of waterfront.
The home was built in 1906. The property’s last owner, a limited liability company affiliated with a Boca Raton, Florida investor, listed the home for sale in August for $18.5 million.
It was purchased on Oct. 21 by a St. Charles, Illinois resident named James Conlon, according to records.
