The Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert & Community Health recently announced the opening of the Endocrinology Center at North Hills, a major treatment center for diabetes and other endocrine disorders in Menomonee Falls.
The center is staffed by seven new Medical College of Wisconsin faculty physicians, including nationally-recognized experts in diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and pituitary, thyroid and lipid disorders. Five of the new Medical College physicians (Dr James Findling, Dr. Beth Lalande, Dr. Steve Magill, Dr. Tiffany Pifel and Dr. Brian Rose) previously did business as Midwest Endocrinology Associates of Milwaukee. Two of the new physicians, Dr Ty Carroll and Dr. Brad Javorsky, join the Medical College faculty after completing post-doctoral fellowships in endocrinology.
"The addition of these nationally-recognized physicians expands the depth of expertise within the Medical College’s division of endocrinology," said Dr. G. Richard Olds, chairman and the Linda and John Mellowes professor of medicine. "Our existing program was considered one the best in the nation; now we have even more options and physicians available for patients with endocrine disorders."
