Froedtert Health has promoted Caryn Esten to vice president of planning and strategic support services and James Klauck to vice president of ancillary services.
Esten has served as Froedtert director of planning and strategic support services since 2008 and will retain responsibilities for strategic planning, business development, and market research. In her new role, she will lead efforts to streamline collection, management and analysis of market, volume, clinical, financial and patient experience data. She will have expanded responsibilities in business intelligence and will also support a unified business planning process in collaboration with the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Klauck has served in various Froedtert positions, including director of pharmacy services at Froedtert Hospital and vice president of supply chain and pharmacy services for Froedtert Health. He successfully led Froedtert Health’s system-wide consolidation of supply chain and pharmacy operations. In his newly expanded role, Klauck will oversee several Froedtert Health ancillary services including pharmacy, imaging, lab, supply chain and rehabilitation services.
Froedtert Health is a regional health care organization made up of Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee; Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls; St. Joseph’s Hospital, West Bend; and Froedtert Health Clinics, Waukesha and Washington counties.
