Brookfield-based Systems & Programming Solutions Inc. and its subsidiary, Best Way Technologies, have sold their assets to French mail solutions, communication and logistics provider Neopost. The name SPSI has been changed to ProShip Inc. in the transaction.
ProShip, which provides specialized shipping solutions, will bolster Neopost’s existing global presence and ProShip customers will have additional international access.
“Joining Neopost will allow us to further invest in the products and services we offer to our customers.” said John Berg, ProShip vice president. “As the marketplace continues to grow, we look forward to the opportunity to strengthen our global initiatives as well as remain committed to providing quality technology solutions in the U.S.”
ProShip will retain its domestic operations and customer base.
