The former Dino’s Italian Restaurant on Howell Avenue near Mitchell International Airport will be sold in an online auction Dec. 2 with an opening bid of $165,000.
The former restaurant has been closed and vacant for about 10 years. The 3,060-square-foot property was built in 1956 and is listed for $239,000.
An auction for the restaurant’s equipment was held last year.
