Todd Barden, Michael Kelly and Paul Ramus have been hired at UBS Financial Services Inc. in Brookfield. Barden has been named vice president of investments, Kelly is director, retirement plan consultant and branch manager and Ramus is a senior wealth strategy associate. All three previously worked at Raymond James.
Peter Engel has been promoted to regional president, Milwaukee, at Johnson Bank. He will also still serve as executive vice president, consumer banking, for Johnson Financial Group. Brad Quade will continue to serve as Milwaukee’s senior commercial banking manager. Engel earned a master’s in management from Cardinal Stritch College and a bachelor’s from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Jon Donahue has been hired as vice president-wealth management for the Milwaukee region at Johnson Bank. He has nine years of wealth experience and most recently served as preferred banker at M&I Bank in Milwaukee.
Sally Smith has joined Johnson Financial Group and Johnson Bank as senior vice president, director of marketing. She earned an MBA with an emphasis in marketing from Loyola University of Chicago and most recently served as marketing district manager for Harris, N.A. Wisconsin.
