Thiensville-based Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters announced today it has launched its small-batch roasted coffees into Roundy’s Pick ‘n Save supermarkets across the Midwest this month.
The move into Roundy’s Supermarkets is a landmark achievement for the roasting company.
Fiddleheads began roasting its own coffee after studying the art extensively under industry experts such as Willem Boot in California. Boot helped train Fiddleheads’ master roaster Steve Klimczak to roast coffee by highlighting the beans’ natural flavor notes.
Today, Fiddleheads Coffee is sold in cafes, restaurants and retail locations throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
