The annual BizTimes Media Economic Trends conference is coming up next week and will be held on Friday, Jan. 25 at the Italian Community Center, 631. E. Chicago St., in Milwaukee. The main program will be held from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and will be followed by a pair of breakout sessions.

- Dwight Diercks, senior vice president of software engineering for NVIDIA.

This year’s Economic Trends conference will also include a pair of breakout sessions, which will be held from 9:40 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., after the conclusion of the main program. The breakout sessions, and their presenters, include:
- BMO Harris Bank: Economic Trends – An additional perspective. BMO senior economist Sal Guatieri will continue the dialogue from the main program in an open discussion. Guatieri will share key economic influences not raised by the featured speakers and offer additional perspectives on the economic trends most important to Wisconsin businesses. Attendees are encouraged to actively participate and ask questions.
- Annex Wealth Management: Employee Financial Wellness – Why it’s the trend for 2019. This session will be led by Tom Parks, director of retirement plan service for Annex Wealth Management. In this session, Tom will define employee wellness, and help you understand how effective financial wellness can improve your company’s bottom line.
