Dylan Bonlender has joined Design Group Three, Milwaukee, as a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities (Class of ‘15) where he majored in Architecture & Housing Studies. He brings a variety of design and construction experiences with him, including housing development, residential renovation, and architectural drafting and modeling. From work and educational experiences, he has a strong understanding of architectural software and is able to turn spatial concepts into construction drawings and photorealistic renderings. Working with Design Group Three, Dylan is excited about the opportunity to help homeowners build on the aesthetic and historic housing stock of Milwaukee.
Originally from Beaver Dam, Dylan loves exploring, which he does by biking and running on some of Milwaukee’s great trails and ventures throughout the metro as an Uber driver. Currently, he resides in Shorewood with his cat, Victor.
