Milwaukee-based Duncan Solutions, Inc. named Tim Wendler its chief executive officer on Wednesday.
“Mr. Wendler has demonstrated strong leadership throughout his tenure, including enhancing the quality of our services to clients, steering several technological investments, developing industry partnerships, and spearheading successful growth initiatives,” said George Kase, partner at Marlin Equity Partners, which owns Duncan Solutions. “Tim is a driven manager, and we are fully committed to his vision for Duncan and his intense focus on value to clients through technology and service solutions.”
Marlin Equity Partners acquired Duncan, a provider of on-street parking management, enforcement technology, debt collection services and tolling solutions, in February. Duncan also sold its U.S. parking equipment division to CivicSmart last year.
Wendler has been with Duncan since 2000 and most recently served as chief operating officer. He will also lead Duncan subsidiary companies, including Professional Account Management, LLC; Law Enforcement Systems, LLC; and Enforcement Technology, Inc.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to lead a company with such tremendous talent,” Wendler said.
Prior to joining Duncan, Wendler was a court administrator for the Racine and Winnebago county circuit courts.
He is active in various national and regional professional associations, including the International Parking Institute (IPI); the International Bridge, Tunnel, and Turnpike Association (IBTTA); and the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA).
