Downtown Milwaukee’s newest office building opens March 1

On March 1, Irgens will open downtown Milwaukee’s newest office building at 833 East Michigan St. The 17-story, 358,000-square-foot building features floor to ceiling windows on the east side, giving tenants stunning views of Lake Michigan.

About two-thirds of the building is leased. Milwaukee law firm Godfrey & Kahn will be the anchor tenant in the building, leasing 77,817 square feet on the top three floors. Other tenants will include: Johnson Controls Inc.’s automotive spin-off (Adient), Colliers International,  KPMG LLP, Major League Baseball, Heck Capital Advisors and Grace Matthews, Inc.

Madison-based Noble Chef Hospitality will open Rare Steakhouse in the ground floor of the building in May.
