An affiliate of The Dohmen Company has purchased a 12,000 square foot building at 200 N. Jefferson Street near company’s Third Ward corporate headquarters.

The buyer, 200 North Jefferson LLC, purchased the building from ATID Investments, LLP for $1.65 million, according to state real estate records.

“Dohmen purchased the building at 200 Jefferson for expansion purposes,” said  Tiffany Huth, Dohmen spokesperson.

Dohmen CEO, Cynthia LaConte, declined to provide additional information when reached.

Dohmen moved its corporate headquarters from Menomonee Falls to a 42,141-square-foot building at 190 N. Milwaukee Street in summer 2014. When the company moved, it had 160 employees but wanted enough space to accommodate up to 200 people. It currently employs 800 people nationally and 185 in Milwaukee.

Dohmen is a business processing partner for more than 300 biopharma and medtech companies that has the vision of creating an “efficient, effective and easy-to-use health care experience.”

It owns Dohmen Life Science Services, Red Arrow Labs, ChemWare and Siren.
