Discovery Channel show to feature Butler company

When the production company for the Discovery Channel’s new show, "Factory Made," wanted to know how to make envelopes, they picked Western States Envelope & Label in Butler.

It took one full day of filming to cover the processes in the manufacturing of envelopes. The episode of the show, which was formerly known as "How It’s Made," will air on Friday, Oct. 2, at 7:30 p.m. CDT and repeat again at 10:30 p.m.

"When we were contacted, it struck us as an excellent opportunity to showcase our company and the people who make it so special," said Mark Lemberger, president of Western States Envelope & Label. "We are proud to make these envelope products for our printers, distributors and office supply customers."

Western States manufactures more than 1,600 envelope product offerings and label products.
