Waldo State Bank, Waldo, has promoted Derrick Hermann to vice president of lending. He manages the lending staff as well as loan compliance while working directly with customers to provide them with a wide array of lending solutions.
Education: Derrick has been with the bank since February 2009. He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a 2012 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a board member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s BOLT (Building Our Leaders of Tomorrow) program.
