CCB Technology, Racine, has named Derek Match its new Service Desk Director where he will be instrumental in further driving CCB’s managed services, a key division of their services department.
Derek joined the CCB services team in 2015 as a systems engineer. He has 16 years of experience in IT working with nonprofits, SMBs, and a Fortune 500 corporation, and has achieved numerous technical certifications with industry leading companies. “I’m looking forward to fostering an environment within our managed services team dedicated to exceptional customer service and broadening the professional IT knowledge and development of our staff,” said Derek.
As Service Desk Director, Derek will be both managing and accelerating the growth of CCB’s managed IT services. His focus will be on further streamlining the delivery of services, expanding managed customer reach, and deepening positive relationships with clients.
