What has fueled your company’s growth?

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“Dental benefits are the primary driver of dental care. When company dental benefits are scaled back or eliminated, it prevents people from getting the quality oral health care they deserve.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
“Within the next 12 months, we expect to open a new clinic in Waukesha and on the west side of Green Bay. We continue to explore other opportunities for the expansion of our footprint.”
Who are the business people you admire?
“Gerald Frye, president of The Benefits Service Group Inc. He is an early identifier in the health care benefits arena and an innovator in addressing changes in the market.Dr. John Toussaint, CEO at ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value. We admire him for the leadership role he took in adopting lean practices in health care.”
What is the outlook for your industry?
“We are anticipating a continued strength in the economy that will result in more Americans being actively engaged in the workforce, with benefits that will allow them to receive dental care. With these improved business conditions, we will continue to improve our existing dental centers and add dental centers to expand our footprint to help more people receive affordable, high-quality dental care.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
“The implementation of lean practices has led to a continued focus on the patient as the most important constituent in our practice and pursuit of quality initiatives that increase the value of dental services provided to the patient.”
