What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“Our biggest challenge continues to be finding the right seat for each person on the boat—to row in a manner in which the work seems effortless. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for plumbing and business, deeply enjoy serving others, are personable and friendly, are accountable and act responsibly, to be able to handle the capacity of growth within our company.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
“The only thing consistent in construction is change. So, yes, we are always changing and improving our standards by investing in equipment, service vans, technology and tools.”
What is the outlook for your industry?
“CornerStone Plumbing is expecting to see an increase in revenue and a slight improvement in backlog for the next several months. We believe that work is still out there and with commitment and discipline to finding work, focusing on customer service and retaining our customer base, we will be able to do so.”
