Concordia expands nursing program

Mequon-based Concordia University Wisconsin has added a program in Sheboygan this fall that allows registered nurses to earn a bachelor of science in nursing.

The RN to BSN Completion Program is now offered at CUW’s Sheboygan campus as an Adult Accelerated Education Program. Instruction is geared toward current practice application.

“Registered nurses in the Lakeshore area can participate in face-to-face classes with peers and colleagues in a setting close to home one night a week,” said Dr. Sharon Chappy, the new dean of CUW’s School of Nursing.

CUW has offered accelerated courses for working nurses who want to earn a bachelor’s degree since 1989.
