North Shore Bank
North Shore Bank was founded in 1923 by a group of teachers and first opened its doors in the back of Perkins Hardware Store in Shorewood, Wisconsin. At the time, it was called North Shore Building & Loan Association of Shorewood, and had 10 employees and $22,000 in assets. In the years since then, North Shore Bank has grown into a full-service financial institution with 43 offices in eastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, nearly 500 employees, and $2.5 billion in assets. Now headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, we are a mutual bank committed to lending support to our customers and communities.
