Germantown Plaza has purchased 48,638 square feet of retail space at N96 W18782 County Line Rd., Germantown, from Continental Properties, Terry Aceto.
Leisure Investments 900 has purchased Paradise Plaza, a 45,000-square-foot shopping center at 900 Gateway Ct., West Bend. Leisure Investments 900 purchased the shopping center from Paradise Plaza LLC for $4.9 million.

James T. Barry Co.
A&K Properties has purchased the 7,000-square-foot industrial building at 12770 W. Custer Ave., Milwaukee. A&K Properties intends to expand into the facility as a second location in the area.
Bruce Investments has purchased the 17,036-square-foot industrial facility at W136 N5239 Campbell Dr., Menomonee Falls, from Stetter Family Trust. Bruce Investments intends to relocate into the facility and plans on expanding the building for the business.

Blue Bike has purchased 7,200 square feet of industrial space at 925 E. Abert Pl., Milwaukee, from Knoerr & Fischer for $160,000.

Grubb & Ellis/Boerke Co.
Metalcut Products has purchased 3,348 square feet of retail space at 1010 Marquette Ave., Milwaukee, from the Burger King Corp.,
for $230,000.

MLG Commercial
Roadster LLC purchased a 250,000-square-foot building at 1031 Maryland Ave., Sheboygan, from Paul Flagg Leather Co. Roadster plans to occupy a portion of the facility and lease out the remaining space. The building was sold for $350,000.
Watertown Plank Development purchased a 5,500-square-foot multi-tenant building located at 13300 W. Watertown Plank Rd., Elm Grove, from Francis B. Ristow Revocable Trust. The company plans to renovate the building and lease space to specialty shops. The building was listed for $695,000.

Mui & Liu LLC has purchased 0.59 acres at 8929 W. Becher St., West Allis, from 513 Grand, LLP.

Consolidated Vision Group, also known as America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, has leased 3,000 square feet of space at 17300 W. Bluemound Rd., Brookfield, from Long Associates.
