“At ClearPath we believe that if you take care of your customers, they will take care of you.To successfully grow, we have fostered a sales culture combined with an intense focus on customer satisfaction. Over the past five years, ClearPath has grown through a combination of organic growth and key, targeted acquisitions. We are always on the watch for successful companies to acquire that would add talent to our team and additional solutions that would help our customers.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“Talent sourcing – finding high quality, skilled individuals that understand what it takes to deliver for our customers to join our team.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
“We are renovating and expanding our office space to accommodate our growing workforce. We are also constantly reviewing new technologies and solutions that fit into our portfolio of how we help our customers, and we regularly review our complete mix of benefits for our team to make sure that we are offering not just a great place to work, but a great company to work for.”
Who are the business people you admire?  
“I admire someone who was a professional although not necessarily a business person, Brett Favre, because he always had fun, always played hard and to win, and never made himself out to be more important than anyone else.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
“Taking care of customers. A focus on helping our customers and prospects understand the wide range of solutions that ClearPath can bring to the table.ClearPath will continue to look for strategic acquisitions that fit our long-term vision.”
