Cielo acquired California-based advisement and consulting firm
Talent Function, the company announced today.
Talent Function, founded by Elaine Orler, is a women-owned consulting firm that specializes in talent acquisition. The company combines project-based consulting with practical recruiting experience to help staffing leaders and solution providers deliver results for their clients.
The acquisition of Talent Function will allow Cielo to elevate its talent acquisition strategies and recruiting efforts globally, Orler said in a statement.
“Our clients, and the market, are looking for more support in creating and delivering on their talent acquisition transformation vision – this strategic acquisition is one of the ways we will keep empowering our forward-leaning human resources and talent acquisition partners,” Cielo founder and chief executive officer Sue Marks said in a statement.
Cielo is a strategic employee recruitment company that specializes in talent acquisition and consulting executive search services in more than 100 countries. Cielo has 2,000 employees across the globe and approximately 300 in southeastern Wisconsin.
In March, Cielo
acquired AsiaNet China, an executive search, recruitment, payroll and recruit process outsourcing business located in Shanghai. Through the acquisition, Cielo gained a significant foothold in China with the addition of four AsiaNet China offices.
