Chick-fil-A has proposed a new restaurant for the Shoppes at Nagawaukee development in Delafield.
The restaurant would be part of a 12,512-square-foot multi-tenant building that would be constructed at the northeast quadrant of the shopping center, located at 2952 Golf Road, according to a proposal submitted to the City of Delafield.
The project is being proposed by Delasota LLC, which is the property ownership branch of Smyrna, Georgia-based Wallace Enterprises Inc.
Chick-fil-A would occupy 5,012 square feet of space on the building’s west side, and the remaining 7,500 square feet on its east side would house other retail tenants.
The 2.8-acre vacant plot, which is situated at the intersection of Interstate 94 and Highway 83, is the last remaining parcel that has yet to be developed at the Shoppes at Nagawaukee, which includes Kohl’s, Sentry, Marshall’s and Best Buy stores.
Chick-fil-A currently has restaurants at Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek, Mount Pleasant, Greendale, West Allis, Pewaukee, Madison, two locations in Brookfield, and a vendor stand at Fiserv Forum in downtown Milwaukee.
