Chicago wine store coming to Brady Street

Wired Ventures partners Blair Williams and Elan Peltz recently purchased a 3,713-square-foot building at 928 E. Brady St., Milwaukee, and Chicago-based Juicy Wine Co. will open a store in the building.

Wired Ventures partners Blair Williams and Elan Peltz recently purchased a 3,713-square-foot building at 928 E. Brady St., Milwaukee, from S&J Properties of Milw LLC, whose registered agent is Sandra Bielfus, for $250,000. The two-story, 112-year-old building has an assessed value of $274,000, according to city records. Williams and Peltz are planning a mixed use development for the building, which will have apartments on the second floor and retail space on the first floor. Chicago-based Juicy Wine Co. will open a store in the building, occupying the entire first floor. The building sale was brokered by Brian Gingrass of Apex Commercial, who represented Wired Ventures and David Price of Milwaukee Realty Inc., who represented S&J Properties.
