Chicago-based Hub International Limited announced today it has acquired the assets of Maritime Insurance Group Inc., which has offices in Sheboygan, Manitowoc and Plymouth, Wis.
Maritime will become part of Hub International Midwest (Hub Midwest). Mike Mrdjenovich, president of Maritime, will join the organization, reporting to Neil Hughes, president and chief executive officer of Hub Midwest.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Maritime is a full service retail brokerage offering commercial lines, personal lines, employee benefits programs and financial services.
