Chase recently opened its Wisconsin homeownership center to provide borrowers struggling to make their mortgage payments with the knowledge and resources they need to explore all the ways they can stay in their homes.
The Chase Homeownership Center, located in Milwaukee at 14900 W. Capitol Drive, will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday; and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
The Wisconsin Chase Homeownership Center is the company’s 52nd. Chase will have opened 84 centers across the United States, including six near military bases, by the end of 2011.
"We created these local Homeownership Centers so our borrowers can sit down and discuss their situation face-to-face with trained loan advisors," said Steve Stein, head of the Homeownership Preservation Office at Chase. "We educate individuals on their options and help structure a solution that’s right for them. We hope this will help keep thousands more borrowers in their homes."
Chase is the U.S. consumer and commercial banking business of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
