Hartland-based Charleston|Orwig announced the promotions of Mark Gale to chief executive officer and Marcy Tessmann to president of the communications and marketing agency.
Gale and Tessmann are both partners at the firm, along with chairman and founding partner Lyle Orwig. Orwig will continue to be an active and central figure in the agency’s day-to-day operations and long-range business planning.
