Called “Vodka For Veterans: Limited Release Party,” the event is part of a partnership the distillery formed with the WVCC to promote and support veteran-owned businesses. Central Standard will sell limited-edition, veteran themed bottles of liquor at the event and 20 percent of the proceeds from each sale will go to the WVCC and its programs aimed at improving economic opportunities for military veterans.

“As proud Milwaukeeans, we couldn’t think of a better community to give back to than veterans and military families,” said Pat McQuillan, co-founder of Central Standard Craft Distillery in a statement. “Partnering with the WVCC was a natural fit, given their outreach to the nearly 5,000 veteran- owned or supported businesses in the Milwaukee metro area.”
