Cudahy-based transportation and logistics company Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc. has acquired all outstanding capital stock in CTW Transport.

Minneapolis-based commercial real estate development and property management firm Ryan Companies is one of the development firms that has submitted a proposal in response to a Milwaukee County request for information (RFI) seeking development proposals for the Downtown Transit Center site on the lakefront, according to commercial real estate sources.
