Carnival Milwaukee raises funds to assist people facing foreclosure

The Urban Economic Development Association (UEDA) will host “Carnival Milwaukee” on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 8 p.m., at the Milwaukee County Zoo's Peck Welcome Center.
