Allen Edmonds expands growth plans
Port Washington-based Allen Edmonds Shoe Corp. is receiving a $20 million loan from Green Bay-based Associated Banc-Corp for expansion plans that include a lease of 30,000 square feet of existing warehouse space in Port Washington and plans for two additional stores in China.

Downer Avenue store to expand
Olive Fine Organic Living, located at 2624 N. Downer Ave. in Milwaukee’s East Side neighborhood, is expanding adding 700 square feet to its existing 1,500 square feet of space.
East Pointe Marketplace is listed for sale
East Pointe Marketplace, a 57,888-square-foot shopping center in downtown Milwaukee, is for sale, according to Chicago-based commercial real estate firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, which says it has been hired to market the property for the sellers, a joint venture of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. and Mandel Group Inc.
