Feds renew approval of state’s SeniorCare waiver
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker today announced that the state has received formal approval from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for renewal of its SeniorCare waiver until 2015. SeniorCare, Wisconsin’s prescription drug program launched in 2002, provides affordable, comprehensive prescription drug coverage to thousands of Wisconsin seniors.
Tennessee company acquires Beaver Dam nursing home
Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based National Health Investors Inc. announced it is acquiring Charleston House, a 120-unit assisted living and memory care facility in Beaver Dam, for $20.2 million.
