Capri Senior Communities continues to grow. In 2017, the company completed the integration of three new communities into its portfolio: Harbor Campus, Northgate and Heritage Place. Each facility provides independent and assisted living services to its community, now under the Capri name.

Capri is also in the planning phases for several new developments, including St. Rita Square in Milwaukee and Grace Commons in Menomonee Falls. These properties will offer state-of-the-art independent, assisted and memory care services.

According to Stephanie Kucher, marketing coordinator for Capri Senior Communities, the company has grown with the help of talented leaders and employees committed to the residents Capri serves.

“We’ve grown alongside our strategic partners and vendors who’ve assisted us in planning, building and operating our communities,” she said.

Capri continues to grow and adapt to meet the changing needs of its residents, including the conversion of apartment communities to offer more assisted living and health care services to residents wishing to age in their homes.

What is the company’s biggest obstacle to growth?

“The two biggest obstacles to our growth are the availability of people in the labor market who share our mission … and the ability of our residents to afford the cost of their specialized care as they age.”

– Stephanie Kucher, marketing coordinator.
