Moraine Park Technical College will hold a free executive overview of its Lean Enterprise Certificate program from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 12 at its campus in West Bend. The certificate series includes programs on the principals and practice of lean manufacturing, effectively implementing a lean program, value stream mapping, employing 5S, planning and implementing a Kaizen event, and use of total productive maintenance.
