Sunday, September 28, Susan G. Komen Milwaukee Race for the Cure. The 10th annual Susan G. Komen Milwaukee Race for the Cure will take place Sunday, September 28, 2008, starting at Henry W. Maier Festival Park (Summerfest grounds) and ending at VeteransPark on Milwaukee‘s lakefront. Join thousands of breast cancer supporters and survivors for this 5K run/walk or 1 mile walk to help raise money for breast cancer screening, treatment, education and research.
