Quad/Graphics appoints new vice president
Quad/Graphics Inc. has promoted Kelly Vanderboom to the role of vice president and treasurer. In his new capacity, Vanderboom is responsible for a variety of finance-related functions, including maintaining relationships with lending institutions and securing financing; managing risk; forecasting current-year expenditures; planning capital expenditures; making investments to reduce the risk of adverse price movements on foreign currency and energy; overseeing the company’s credit department; and assisting in the firm’s annual share valuation.
For the past year, Vanderboom has served as Quad/Graphics’ treasurer and an officer of the company.
