The building, located in the Bishop’s Woods office park, was built in 1972 and has an assessed value of about $9 million, according to Waukesha County records.

The building was at one time the corporate headquarters for Harnishfeger Corp. and was converted into a multi-tenant office building in 1996.

The building is 95 percent leased, according to Rachel Schmidt of MLG Commercial. Schmidt and Tim Janusz of MLG Commercial brokered the sale for the seller, WILC-Gateway LLC.

“After 20 years of ownership, the time was right to sell,” Schmidt said.

Tenants in the building include: Sikich, PDS, Lytx and MLG Capital.
