Bloomington, Minnesota-based Kaeding Development Group plans to build a 260-unit, five-story apartment building at the northwest corner of North Lincoln Memorial Drive and East Summerfest Place in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward neighborhood.

The project has been undergoing design reviews by the Third Ward Association’s Architectural Review Board since April and is slated to go back before the board later this month. 

The 292,226-square-foot building would include an attached, 320-space parking garage and would be comprised of both studio and three-bedroom apartments, with the largest units being 1,450 square feet. There would also be a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, coworking space and game room.
