A 23,783-square-foot multi-tenant retail building located at 7505 W. Bradley Road in Milwaukee will be sold in an online auction on auction.com from Dec. 14-16.

The building, roughly U-shaped, was built in 1979 and expanded in 1980. It has an occupancy rate of about 79 percent.

The property is owned by Coral Gables, Fla.-based HPH Fund I D20 LLC and has an assessed value of $541,000, according to city records.

The starting bid for the property will be $150,000. The bid deposit amount is $5,000.

Dan Walsh and John Dulmes, both of Siegel-Gallagher, are the listing brokers for the property.
