Greenfield-based Boucher Automotive Group has purchased 17 acres of vacant on 120th Street in the village of Bristol for $3.95 million, according to a property transfer that was posted by the state on Monday. The property is located off a service road located immediately to the west of Interstate 94, and immediately to the north of three existing auto dealerships located on 120th Street: Kenosha Toyota, Kenosha Nissan, and Zeigler Subaru of Kenosha. Boucher Automotive Group purchased the property from the Estate of Robert V. Rohrman, Deceased, of West Lafayette, Indiana. Robert “Bob” Rohrman was the founder of Rohrman Automotive Family, which operates the Kenosha Nissan dealership off of 120th Street. Attempts to reach someone in leadership at Boucher Automotive Group were not immediately successful on Monday morning and afternoon. Boucher Auto Group owns and operates more than a dozen dealerships across southeastern and south central Wisconsin, selling Volkswagen, Nissan, Jeep, Dodge, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, Cadillac, GM, Buick, Ford vehicles.
