The Boldt Co., an Appleton-based construction firm, has announced promotions for two company leaders out of its Milwaukee office. Jake Garro has been promoted to chief operating officer and executive vice president of Boldt’s Real Estate Group. Chris Buday has meanwhile been promoted to vice president of planning, design and construction for Boldt’s Real Estate

The Boldt Co., an Appleton-based construction firm, has announced promotions for two company leaders out of its Milwaukee office. Jake Garro has been promoted to chief operating officer and executive vice president of Boldt's Real Estate Group. Chris Buday has meanwhile been promoted to vice president of planning, design and construction for Boldt's Real Estate Group. The real estate group specializes in the development and investment of health care real estate and senior housing. Garro joined Boldt in 2011, specializing in outpatient real estate development and finance for non-profit health care organization across the U.S. He has also led the firm's diversification strategy into senior housing. [caption id="attachment_518391" align="alignright" width="169"] Chris Buday[/caption] Buday joined Boldt in 2015. He previously specialized in outpatient and inpatient health care real-estate development through the U.S. While serving as Boldt direct of project management, Buday led the development efforts for the company's new senior-living projects portfolio. Boldt is headquartered in Appleton and has 14 offices nationwide. Other Wisconsin locations include Green Bay, Madison, Stevens Point and Waukesha.
