“The uncertainty. In startups, the ‘unknown’ pertains to pretty much everything, including salary, finding market, getting funding and the going concern of the company. A startup can go under without much notice. It’s scary (and obviously not ideal), but it’s the truth. To keep putting one foot in front of the other when the road ahead is pitch black is terrifying. While it’s hard, the joys of building products that people love makes it all worth it.”

“What you don’t hear often is the cost of growth. Sometimes it’s less profitable to grow. Having a detailed plan of action still won’t help from the unknown but grit, experience and resilience will help get you there!”
