Sheyboygan Falls-based Bemis Manufacturing Company acquired Bio Bidet, an Illinois-based manufacturer of bidets, the company announced. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bemis is a toilet manufacturer that produces private-label products and component parts for a wide variety of industries. The company serves consumer, commercial, medical and industrial markets worldwide with 1,600 employees located in six countries around the world. In addition to bidets, Bio Bidet manufacturers smart toilet seats, bidet attachments, flow faucets and supporting parts and accessories. The company’s products are available throughout the world, including in North America, United Kingdom, Mexico, Poland, Australia and Slovakia. “Bio Bidet’s innovative product offering and engineering capabilities perfectly complement the strength of Bemis, including our market penetration and distribution network," Bemis president and chief executive officer Jeff Lonigro said in a statement. "Together, we look forward to pushing the boundaries of bidet and smart toilet seats to further enhance consumers’ hygiene, sustainability, and wellness."
