VJS Development Group, LLC, a privately owned real estate service and development company located in Pewaukee, is pleased to announce that Bailey Copeland has been promoted to Development Director.
During her more than 10 years with VJS Development Group, Bailey has gained extensive experience in the areas of development management, leasing, sales, acquisitions, entitlements, property management and marketing.

In her new role, Bailey will be responsible for managing the entire real estate development process from site identification through completion, portfolio management and construction project management.
Bailey graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Science. In addition to being an active, licensed real estate broker in the state of Wisconsin, Bailey is also a CCIM candidate and paralegal.
