Waukesha-based Hydro-Thermal Corp. recently opened a second facility down the street from its main 36,000-square-foot facility at 400 Pilot Court.

St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care is scheduled to open a second campus on Tuesday. Located in a new 80,000-square-foot, two-story building at 2450 W. North Ave. in Milwaukee, it will be called the Bucyrus Campus.

The Medical College of Wisconsin announced on Tuesday that Dr. George MacKinnon III has been named founding dean of the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy. MacKinnon will provide leadership and management of MCW's new school, which expects to matriculate its first class of doctor of pharmacy students in 2017 or 2018.

Joy Global Inc. executive vice president and chief operating officer Randal Baker is leaving the company effective Sept. 4, according to a statement. A Joy Global spokeswoman said he will be pursuing other opportunities, while an SEC filing calls the departure “a termination without cause.”

Cudahy-based Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc. has changed the name of its Transportation Management Solutions operating segment to Global Solutions, effective immediately. Roadrunner is an asset-light transportation and logistics service provider.

Companies in the Franklin Business Park and Milwaukee Area Technical College are in the planning stages of establishing an employee training program that is slated to start in late 2015 or early 2016.

The objective of the program is for MATC faculty to come to the business park and teach a variety of classes to employees of participating companies. Employees would receive in-demand training in a convenient location, and the collaboration of businesses would make the classes more affordable.
