Associated Bank today opened a new Waukesha branch at 2815 N. Grandview Blvd.
The 2,200-square-foot branch was newly constructed by Briohn Building Corp. for $1.3 million to match the Green Bay-based bank’s architectural style. It has a full-service lobby, drive-through ATMs and is technology focused to help customers learn how to use online banking.
The branch will be staffed by six employees and will be managed by Chiia Weber, who has worked at Associated for five years.
“We are excited about our new branch for many reasons, but perhaps most for our dramatically increased visibility and customer accessibility,” Weber said.
Associated Bank has recently opened several new, modern branches with smaller footprints than its legacy branches as it shifts toward high-tech offerings and adjusts to fewer in-person transactions.
Associated also has Waukesha branches at 1270 W. Sunset Drive, 100 E. Sunset Drive and 704 N. Grand Ave. The bank has more than 200 branches in Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota.
